Requirements:
• Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
• Open for JLPT N1-N2 Passer or level
• Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
• Must have 3-5 relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage but not required
• Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
• Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
