Requirements:
• Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
• Open for JLPT N3-N2 Passer or level
• Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
• With skills in MS Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand and perform the process lead role.
• Assist the Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular processing team
• Assist processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing.
• Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
• Escalates production issues to Team Lead as appropriate.
