Position: Korean Customer Service Specialist

Salary: Php 100,000 above
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting, 2 days off
Work Setup: Hybrid setup

Requirements:
• Korean national fluent in English language

• With Customer Service experience is a plus
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
• Answering inquiries from the customers through phone or chat
• Maintain and always update the customer accounts
• Responsible to response to the customers complaints and provide solutions to their concern
