Position: Korean Technical Support Associate

Requirements:
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean
Korean National can speak in English
Bachelors Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
Must have work experience in Technical Support/ Service Desk positions
Knowledgeable in computer applications
Knowledgeable in internet troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
Build sustainable relationships with customers
