Requirements:
Open for Vietnamese National preferably residing in the Philippines
Open for Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
Preferably Bachelors degree holder of any field
1 to 2 years customer service experience
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office - MS Excel, Word, or any CRM tool
Amenable to work from home and Makati City
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Act as a contact center to support Vietnamese sites
Answering phone calls or emails from Vietnamese clients with rewards inquiries
Manage the customer service portal and create ticket per inquiry into the system
Provide accurate information of the terms and recommend best package of products to clients
