Position: Vietnamese Account Manager Support

Responsibilities:
• Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
• Interact with Sellers by phone and email with objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
• Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates
• Experience in similar BPO outfit or Shared Service setup
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
• Good Communications skills in Vietnamese and English – Written & Verbal
