Requirements:
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree of any 4 year course
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Excel sheet, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in their inquiries and issues via calls, emails and chat on a timely manner
• Supports customer in handling processing orders, queries and general inquiry
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver prompt response and suggest solutions in the customer inquiries
