Requirements:
Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
Thai National with Permanent visa in Philippines
Bachelors Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
At least 6 month experience in Technical Support is a must
Willing to work onsite and in graveyard shift
Responsibilities:
Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
