Position: Thai Email and Chat Support Specialist

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 Basic salary + Incentives
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Thai language
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Open for no experience
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:
• Handling customer queries through chats or emails
• Providing answers for inquiries related to product and process
• Meet the sales quota and generate future sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction
