Position: Japanese Senior Recruitment Specialist
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: P80,000 - P90,000 Gross
Work set-up: Temporary work from home
Requirement:
Filipino can speak fluently in Japanese
JLPT N1-N3 Passer
Good English communication
Preferably Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
Expert experience in the field of Recruitment
Willing to work in Alabang.
Preferably with 1 - 2 Years experience in Recruitment
Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment activity
Lead and manage in house end to end hiring activities
Responsible in preparing recruitment reports
Manage escalations from stakeholders/ clients
Partner with senior or team leaders on resource, planning, recruiting agency
