Position: Vietnamese Language Social Media Content Moderator (Temporary Work from home)
Industry: BPO - Social Media Account
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 Monthly
Schedule: Rotational Shift (with Nightshift)
Location: Carmona, Cavite
Work set-up: Temporary work from home

Qualifications:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese Language
• Preferable currently residing in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree holders and Undegraduates are welcome to apply
• At Least 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Amenability to work in Nightshift
• Willing to relocate in Carmona, Cavite if needed
• Ability to work in multiple tools/web browser windows simultaneously
• Tech Savvy
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze the content uploaded on Social Media platforms.
• Take necessary actions according to terms and policies an condition of the company
• Responsible in providing insights, suggestions and feedback to the reviewed content
• Perform general data entry and other related tasks
• Can adopt changes at very short notice
• Respond to user inquiries politely
