JOB DUTIES
Main point of contact of all HR related concerns following the policies and procedures set by the client
Address all the HR related concerns through calls, email and chat
Assist employees and managers in completing their documents, HR systems, policies and procedures, etc.
Responsible in investigating issues raised by client's employee related to incorrect records
Assist employees by providing information pertaining to HR related forms and records
Initiate appropriate action required by HR or employee
Perform other task assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
Currently residing in the Philippines
Open for graduates and undergraduates
Preferably has experience in customer service (HR account)
Amenable to work in Pasay City if required
Can start as soon as possible
