Requirements:
• Vietnamese National currently residing in the Philippines
• Good English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree of any course
• At Least 1 - 2 years experience is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work onsite, Makati City
Responsibilities:
• Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
• Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
• Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
• Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
