Qualifications:
• Korean National residing in Philippines
• Filipino proficient in Korean language
• Excellent knowledge (oral and written) Korean language and Business English
• With 6 months of experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support
• Can start working asap
Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting support to technical problems on a timely manner
• Assist onsite and remote employees regarding desktop incidents
• Follow specific processes and guidelines in solving technical issues
• Provide genuine customer service to customers
Recruitment Process:
• Initial Interview
• Technical Exam
• Operations Interview with Team Leader Native Korean Speaker (all via MS Teams)
