Job Responsibilities:
• Test multimodal smart devices
• Make sure they live up to expectations for quality, integrity, usability, customer experience, and various policies like community, legal, and security.
• Keep track of any bugs, edge cases, or discoveries and share this information with the developers, various teams, and other stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
• Any bachelors degree holder
• Fluent in English and any of these:
o Bahasa Indonesia
o Traditional Chinese
o Simplified Chinese
o Cantonese
o Hindi
o Thai
o Australian English
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service role
• Experience in using Android OS, iOS and Mac OS
