Requirements:
• Fluent is speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language

• With at least basic knowledge in Excel, powerpoint, outlook and word
• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
• Assisting customer and clients via email, chat and phone calls
• Ensure that the customer information are updated in the system
• Coordinating in the other department to ensure the the customer satisfaction
• Other related task assigned by the supervisor
