Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
Currently residing in the Philippines
Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance and/or any business course
2-3 similar experience is an advantage
Can start As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Manages a team in terms of process concerns and improvements
Address and Handles complex transaction such us deductions, troubleshooting customer account clearing activities
Monitors the overall process performance
Assures knowledge management sharing and provides the training within the team.
Acts as a main contact point of all customer and clients
Assist customers in their queries and concerns
Propose ideas to ensure the improvement of the teams customer service
Tracks cash collection targets and advises on potential and significant deviation in order to escalate it properly.
Escalates any issue with the bank statement which may affect the collection process
Conducts coaching and training session with team members
