Requirements:
• Japanese speakers
• Filipino or dual citizen or Japanese national with customer service background
• Japanese speakers who has working experience as customer care or support staff
• With or without JLPT certificates
• Basic to conversational English only
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Open to junior high school and senior high school graduates
Responsibilities:
• Answer emails and calls from Japanese using high end wireless speakers
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of wireless speakers
• Provide answers to inquiries via chat and email from Japanese Users
• Answer questions on why the wireless speakers is not working
• Help customers to connect the wireless speakers to their laptop or computer
