Requirements:
• JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
• Should have at least 1 year of technical support experience
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of upselling experience
• Good written and communications skills
• Shows a high level of understanding in relevant technologies including home and small to medium size
business networking technologies including switches, routers, WIFI and IoT devices, etc.
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DSL, DHCP, QoS
• Knowledge on different Networking and Internet Protocols.
• Knowledge on different types of Network Topologies and Set Up
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for English presale inquiry via chat, phone, and email
• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions providing world-class customer service
• Diagnoses and resolving basic troubleshooting
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer concerns
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed
• Upsell additional services and provide a recommendation based on customer requirement
• Knows how to handle pre sales inquiries funnel through marketing
campaigns of strategic products, and our online Store
