Requirements:
JLPT N1-N3 Passer or level
Open to Native Japanese
Good English communication skills
Bachelors Degree/Master's Degree in any business course
Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
Preferably has experience in HR Function specifically recruitment
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the business and requirement needs
Conduct Recruitment Planning Meetings to agree on a suitable strategy and set clear expectations on time frames etc.
Prepare attractive Job Advertisements
Source active and passive candidates
Maintain and establish vendor relationships and negotiate best rates
Manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication to Hiring Managers and Candidates
Provide final shortlist of candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner and schedule interviews accordingly
Execute interviews together with Hiring Managers
