Requirements:
• Can speak, read, and write Japanese Language
• Open for JLPT N3 - N5 Passer / Level
• Bachelor's Degree for any computer related courses
• Knowledge or experience in Open System
• Can commit to work for F-IoT for a term of (2) two years
• Preferably can understand Scrum-Development, JIRA and Confluence, File configuration,
• Management by Gitlab (Git) and Coding rule of Phython/JavaScript(Phython PEP8)
Responsibilities:
• For the Scrum Development Management Candidates; V2 App Development management, Development Developers; V2 App Development and Validation
• Submits project status reports to Immediate Superior
• Coordinates, monitors and measures progress of assigned project
• Applies KAIZEN for improvement of quality, productivity and delivery for assigned projects
• Ensures application of DANTOTSU principles for assigned activities and tasks
• Trains and coaches Japanese speaking new members to ensure that they meet the standards required of the job
