Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
Native level in Japanese

Open for Fresh Graduates.
With relevant experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:
Development of new financial institutions
From proposal of collaboration to conclusion of contract
Building relationships with existing financial institutions (including local / Japanese finance)・ Weekly monthly reports and meetings
New business development
Forming a new business model, expanding existing businesses, establishing new branches by companys own services
Dominant of strategy planning and its introduction
Survey and selection of the place opening stores
Structuring organization & operation, and their management
