REQUIREMENTS:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin Language
• Excellent English
• Can make Email and answer calls in Chinese and English
• Has Customer Service Background
• Has experience working experience in BPO companies
• Has experience working in Bank or Financial Industries
• Bachelor Degree of Financial and Accounting or any related course
DUTIES:
• Answer inquiries from client
• Handle email, Calls and chat from Customers
• Mostly Email and chat is being support
• Assist clients in opening account
• Give to the clients the requirements needed to open an account
• Ensure the requirement are compliance with the bank standard
• Maintain customer service relation with the clients
• Manage and monitor accounts
