Position: Mandarin Customer Support (Health and Wellness Account)
Location: Subic Bay, Zambales
Industry: BPO Company
Schedule: Nightshift Schedule
Salary: Php 30,000-Php 50,000
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting clients with product information.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Serves customers by helping them select the best products.
Requirements:
• Proficient in the Mandarin language
• Intermediate level in the English language.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
• Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Open to undergraduates and graduates
