They are providing services such as cargo, manpower, airport maintenance, and many more. This company is currently providing service to one of the most popular and high-end airline companies. They are looking for Mandarin speakers to cater to their Mandarin Market customers.
Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist
Location: Pampanga City
Schedule: Shifting with Graveyard
Industry: Airline Companies and Airline Services
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 80,000
Work Set-Up: Work Onsite
Responsibilities
Assist Chinese Travelers or passengers regarding their inquiries
Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggage
Answer calls for the transfer of seat or booking confirmation
Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counter check-in
Requirements:
Open to Native speakers and Filipino-Chinese with HSK 5-6.
Conversational English.
Can make Emails and answer calls in Chinese and English.
Has a Customer Service Background.
BPO work experience is a big advantage.
