Position: Mandarin Client Service Representative
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 80,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Industry: Real Estate
Work set up: Work Onsite | 2 days off
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field of study
Fluent in the English language
Has experience in immigration and visa processing procedures
Motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
Has strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities
Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, while still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software or documents related to Visa and Immigration processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the visa and permanent residency process, ensuring that the service runs smoothly
Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable
Answer all queries, concerns, and questions from Chinese clients using their own language for better understanding
Conduct unit tours and unit presentations
Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
Help the client to obtain Visas, Philippine bank account, clearances, and other documentation required.
Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
Performs other related duties and functions as required
