Position: Mandarin Email and Chat Customer Support

Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift (10:30AM - 6:30PM)
Work Set Up: Hybrid work set-up
Salary: P 25,000 - P 35,000 + Incentives

Duties:
● Respond to customer’s inquiries about orders and details of the products through email and chat
● Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
● Responsible for handling and managing sales and brings in a number of customers
● Manage internet sales leads
Requirements:
● Open for Graduate and Undergraduate
● Open for Fresh Graduates
● With or without experience in Sales
● Willing to response in email and chat
