Position: Mandarin Administrative Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
Fluent in English, and Mandarin
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications
Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should always be handled with integrity and accountability
Must be willing to do fieldwork within Philippines
Duties:
Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
Overseeing department budget planning and development
Identifying opportunities to improve a business policies or objectives
Responsible in monitoring and implementing standards for procurement, office supplies management, fixed assets management, foreign affairs management, document, meetings, business trip, vehicle, safety and hygiene management
Other ad hoc duties as required
