Schedule: Dayshift Weekends Off / AU time

Requirements:
• At least Sr/High School Graduate or equivalent to Senior HS
• Mandarin speaking and writing (both English and Mandarin) agent who will handle voice and email touchpoints
• Must have a customer service background
• Travel account experience preferred
• Proficient communications skills in both Mandarin and English
• Familiar with Gmail
• Has experience in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
• For non-Filipino citizen, must have AEP permit
Duties:
• Provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
