Position: Mandarin Customer Associate
Location: Taguig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php50,000-Php55,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (2 days off per week)
Working Hours: Day Shift 6 am -3pm and Mid Shift 3pm-10pm
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for any Bank related matters
• Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
• Handle credit card redemptions
• Assist in redemptions of gift certificates
• Discuss the credit card perks
• Discuss the payment terms and card activation
• Verify the account information and updates
Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and Fukien language.
• Open to Graduates and Undergraduates (2nd year only)
• CSR experience is a big plus
• Open to work onsite in Taguig City
