Position: Mandarin HR Training Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science
• Must have at least 2 years of extensive experience in the related field
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
• Background in writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)

Duties:
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods and conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success and report on them.
