Founded in 2006 and have been in the Philippines for 17 years already. They are one of the known contact centers partnering with different international And global companies in gaming industries. This is a licensed business operating in Makati city.
Position: Mandarin Risk Associate
Location: Makati City
Industry: Online Gaming
Schedule: Dayshift (9am-6pm)
Work Set up: Work Onsite
Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:
• College graduate of Business, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in either Information Security, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management or similar functions in ecommerce, insurance, banking, financial services or IT industry
• Open to candidates with audit related background (Internal/External Audit or IT Audit).
• Had some knowledge in applying risk management concepts.
• Had some experience in conducting risk assessments, data privacy review.
Duties:
• Assist and support the facilitation of effective operational risk management practices with the objective to ensure the risks facing the organization and business are appropriately managed in order to protect the interests of the organization and its stakeholders.
• Implementing risk management policies and procedures to protect the company from financial loss, such as developing insurance policies to cover losses or damages resulting from certain types of accidents or events
• Conducting research on potential risks associated with certain activities or business operations to identify possible solutions
