Position: Mandarin Country Manager

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php100,000 - Php130,000
Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
• Organising and planning projects: resource planning and time scheduling of projects in compliance with the company's budget and deadlines, stakeholder and risk analysis, cost estimation.
• Be the key person of the projects, managing, coordinating with other related departments and execution of projects.
• Monitoring and control of progress and follow up and reporting, deviation and change management, collaborating with persons who are taking part in developing the department and work process.
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining and coordinating international projects and task forces within establishment of companies, building and rolling out the team

Qualification:
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, Master's Degree/Post Graduate is preferred
• Have at least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Required Skill(s): English, Mandarin. Fluent both in oral and written. For Mandarin at least HSK 5 level.
• An individual and team player
• Can work under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skill
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Willing to travel to other country (Long Term period
