The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for promoting the corporate brand to its internal and external audiences and ensuring that corporate sales targets are met.
The candidate must embody the company’s core values and is expected to fulfill that role with energy, passion, and conviction in order to formulate strategies, motivate, incentivize and lead a team that will ensure the company’s industry leadership.
Responsibilities:
-To create multi-level marketing and sales strategies by analyzing the market and competitive landscape from a local, regional and national perspective.
-To consistently deliver annual sales target and annual cash sales target (Revenue Growth)
-To promote the brand through traditional and digital media in order to align the company’s mission and vision with its audience.
-Administer the sales and marketing budget that ensures that all personnel are kept productive, motivated, and recognized.
Qualifications:
-Must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
-With at least 10 years of experience in sales & marketing and leading a multi-level organization.
-With solid experience working in real estate, brand management, international sales, digital marketing, and digital sales.
-Strong analytical skills and comfortable navigating around numbers combined with the ability to make sound business recommendations
-Must have excellent project management skills and well-organize, thinks outside the box, and is unafraid to challenge the status quo, resourceful and self-oriented
-With strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing him/her to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders
