Responsibilities:
• Maintain the positive relationship between customer and client
• Providing answers for inquiries related to product and process
• Communicating customer through chat, calls, emails and other social media platforms
• Handling complaints and giving solutions
• Keeping all necessary data
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to work independently
Requirements:
• Thai national currently residing in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree of any course
• With Customer service experience but not required
• Flexible in shifting schedules
• Fluent in English
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Pasay
• Can start as soon as possible
