Client Details: An IT and Service Support company providing customer care & support, technical support services and back-end support to companies engaged in interactive online sports gaming activities.
Position: Thai Telesales Representative
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Salary: 1,000 - 2,000 USD plus commission
Schedule: Shifting schedule with Night shift (5 days in a week with 2 days off)
Work set -up: Work onsite
Qualification:
Thai National in the Philippines
With good English communication skills
Preferably Bachelors Degree holder of any course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Telesales in a betting company
vPreferably 20 - 30 years old
Willing to work in Makati City
Job Description:
Initiate communication with potential or existing customers through phone call
Discuss the products and services of the company and ask questions to engage the customers
Listen on the customer's needs and answer their inquiries
Gather and document the customer information for record-keeping
Meet the sales quota and generate future sales
