Position: Thai Human Resource Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Weekends off
Work Setup: Temporary Work from Home
Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, write Thai language.
• Thai National with good English communication Skills
• Open for graduates and undergraduates
• Experience in Customer Service is advantage
• Amenable to work in Pasay City
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Main point of contact of all HR related concerns following the policies and procedures set by the client
• Address all the HR related concerns through calls, email and chat
• Assist employees and managers in completing their documents, HR systems, policies and procedures, etc.
• Responsible in investigating issues raised by client's employee related to incorrect records
• Assist employees by providing information pertaining to HR related forms and records
• Initiate appropriate action required by HR or employee
• Perform other task assigned
