Position: Bahasa Malay Service Desk Analyst

Work Set-up: Hybrid
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write Bahasa Malay language
Preferably Bachelors Degree holder of any course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in Hybrid work set-up
Responsibilities:
Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
Translations of technical documents from English to Bahasa Malay and Vice versa
Escalate concerns to the next level
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other related tasks
