Requirements:
• Indian National currently residing in Philippines
• Applicants must holding resident visa in the Philippines
• Proficient in English communication
• Preferably 35 years old below
• With 3 years experience in Operations Manager
• Experience in IT companies is an advantage
• Amenable to work in Shiftings schedule and work in the office
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for online revenue, able to completely and independently follow up the front-end and back-end needs of products, carry out targeted work or promote the implementation of projects to improve user activity, payment, and retention.
• Deep understanding in the users needs, behaviors and attributes to formulate operational strategies according to different activity scenarios to improve user experience and payment.
• Operational activities, strategic planning, and implementation can output demand documents, and be proficient in using brain map and flowchart tools.
• Pay attention to data, analyze and summarize the projects in charge, and regularly monitor and optimize and review.
