What you will work on:
• Practices asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
• The implementation of new technologies, which includes research, purchase, and installation into an existing network.
• Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and Office Automation equipment.
• Manages financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting, budget review, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensures security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Manages IT staffing, including recruitment, training, coaching, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Hands-on coding, setup, and maintaining company websites
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred) or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• 8 years of relevant work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in Tech Vendor Management Office
• Experience in Quick Book Enterprises Accounting Software.
• Retail industry is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
