Responsibilities:
● Provide support for English presale inquiry via chat, phone, and email
● Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions providing world-class customer service
● Diagnoses and resolves basic troubleshooting
● Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed
● Upsell additional services and provide a recommendation based on customer requirement
Requirements:
● Proficient in Mandarin and English language
● Have atleast experience in 1 year of Technical Support for BPO companies
• Experience in Telesales, Sales is a big advantage
• Knowledgeable in different Networking and Internet protocols
● Knowledge of different types of Network Topologies, set -up and troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite
