Requirements:
Thai National who can speak in English
Filipino fluent in Thai language
With at least 1 year relevant experience in a finance/shared service/BPO services handling accounts payable/ PTP/STP process.
Knowledgeable in in SAP system/accounting system
Responsibilities:
Responsible in processing PO and non-PO invoices in SAP
Responsible in reconciling the account balances
Prepared required monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Monitoring critical vendor list on a monthly basis and ensures to book and pay on time - for instance, request missing invoices and follow-up until it is paid
Respond to voice inquiries from the vendors
