Responsibilities:
Assist customer hotel related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
Verifies contact information and ensure to put accurate details in the system
Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
