Position: Korean Technical Service Scientist

Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set up: Onsite
Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English language
• Filipino fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
• Must be a Bachelor’s degree (PhD or MS) in Molecular Biology or any related course
• Preferably have laboratory experience and strong scientific background
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing a fast, accurate advisory and support service to the customers in research, forensic, clinical, and other markets via email and other channels
• Can easily acquire an ever-changing knowledge in technology, products, and processes
• Actively apply and participate in the development of solutions to further improve the company’s customer service
• Can effectively prioritize tasks to efficiently manage the needs of the customers and the team
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
