Position: Korean Quality Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 to Php 100,000
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting ( 2 days off)
Requirements:
- Open for Filipino leave 10 years in korea
- Open for Korean nationals
- Can speak in English fluently
- With at least 2 years experience as Quality Analyst
-Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centres, includes time in a quality assurance role)
-Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and Shifting schedule
-Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
-Ensure that quality calls and performance metric are met
-Participate in call calibrations and meetings
-Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
-provide feedback for improvements
-monitor the performance of team members
