Responsibilities:
• Proactively sourcing and contacting candidates through various platforms
• Reviewing and screening incoming applicants
• Preparing and extending job offers both verbally and electronically
• Conducting intake discussions with hiring managers to understand the open position and create employment requisitions, assist in the development of job descriptions as needed.
• Working with broader HR department and leadership to develop and execute recruitment plans. Assist in designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Networking with various institutions and social media. Continuously developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Handling of administration and record-keeping
Qualifications:
• Good English communication skills
• With at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
• Background in handling US candidates would be an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Okay to work in US shift (night shift)
