JOB DESCRIPTION
MIS assistant is responsible for daily back-up, creation of reports, manage system maintenance and security activities, training to users, and assistance on I.T. related projects.
-Coding and debugging
-Troubleshooting system errors
-Managing database systems
-Editing source-code
-Profiling and analyzing algorithms
-Implementing build systems
-Provide customer support for system functional, operational and technical issues.
-Develop MIS process improvements for increased efficiency.
-Maintain and support MIS activities.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problem/issues.
-Provide technical support to ensure that hardware and software system are fully functional.
-Manage security administration activities for systems.
-Create and generate reports in timely and accurate manner.
-Conduct system training to appropriate staff on regular basis.
-Manage system maintenance and security activities.
-Train users on new applications and upgrades.
-Custodian of MIS records/documents.
-Work on special tasks related to position, as directed by immediate superior
-Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations and code of discipline
