REQUIREMENTS:
-Has the capacity to understand and be trained on technical aspect of the business.
-Previous experience in technical sales or cost estimation in any field preferably construction, engineering, energy or architecture.
-Bachelor’s degree in civil or geodetic engineering, construction management, or a similar field. PRC license not required but a plus.
-Proven work experience as a cost estimator.
-Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
-High-level mathematical skills.
-Ability to read and interpret Terms of Reference, architectural and structural plans.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Advanced analytical skills.
-Highly proficient in excel.
-Good project management skills.
-Ability to travel.
