REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin language
Can make Email and answer calls in Chinese and English.
Has Customer Service Background.
BPO work experience is a big advantage.
DUTIES:
Assist Chinese Travelers or passenger regarding their inquiries
Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggages
Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation
Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in
