BASIC QUALIFICATION:
-Candidate must possess any of the Engineering courses such as Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or any related business courses.
-At least 3 year(s) related work experience in a manufacturing set up
-With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
-Adept in handling people
-Familiar in ISO and/or HACCP documentation & implementation is an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.
- Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.
- Assigns and allocates Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading
- Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
- Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
- Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
- Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
